The gas kettle barbecue with a flip funnel inside the kettle eliminates flare-ups and unpleasant smoke emission. It unites incredible barbecuing versatility and precision with healthy and delicious results. Depending on the position of the funnel, the barbecue can be used to grill, roast, bake, or cook. With the specially designed barbecue accessories the possibilities are endless.

For indirect barbecuing and baking, the upper funnel is placed inside the kettle with the large opening pointing upwards . The heat from the gas burner rises up along the sides of the kettle, distributing an even, indirect heat on all sides. With the lid on, there is no need to turn the food at all throughout the cooking process.

Cooking – Roasting 
For grilling at very high temperatures or with the cast-iron griddle, the upper funnel is placed in the kettle the other way round . This creates high, concentrated heat in the middle of the cooking grid or the cast-iron griddle. The kettle lid is not absolutely necessary for this method of cooking.
